How long will my order take to arrive?
As a general guide (please note business hours/days only):
Metro deliveries: same day to 24 hours.
Regional deliveries: 1 to 2 days.
Remote areas: Up to 5 days.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment, unless out of stock.
How are payments processed?
We accept Debit/Credit card payments via our secure NAB Transact Payment Gateway.
What happens if I've ordered the wrong product?

I can get the same product cheaper elsewhere, will you beat it?
Send us an email with a link to said product and we will try to match or beat it! Please keep in mind postage costs, location and items all play a factor in price matching.
I want to do a bulk order, do you give discounts?
Discounting is on a case by case basis and we require knowledge of your exact needs before giving a quote. Contact us with product names, quantities and shipping location and we'll get you a great price!
